This is an example of doing an agile sprint retrospective, using solid colours to simulate post-it notes, in Notion.

There are many different ways for doing a retrospective and there is much debate over what is the perfect method (see the links at the bottom of the page). What they almost all have in common is that in a retrospective, the team gathers in front of a wall and puts up post-it notes of different colours in different columns, to indicate what went well and what needs improvement. This template uses a variation of the Start, Stop, and Continue technique, which in this case has 3 columns: What went well (Continue, green), What went wrong (Stop, red) and What can we improve (Start, blue). Of course you can rearrange these columns to have a different order or use different colours to use any other retrospective technique. Specifically for the Improve section, there is a property for Dot Voting which lets team members place dots on post-its which should receive higher priority. The database has 3 templates for new pages, one for each status.
